The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue Hotel

Here, I experienced a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. the service was outstanding. I loved the private Jacuzzi in my room, which added a special touch to the stay. the continental breakfast in the bar/lounge area was exquisite and catered very well to my dietary needs.

The location was not ideal. While it was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a bit inconvenient being far from the main attractions.

Genuine, kind, and attentive staff made me feel at home. Loved the comfortable bed, clean kitchen with Nespresso maker, and luxurious bathroom. the modern design and artwork added a stylish touch. the view from the room was amazing. 2) Comfortable bed. 3) Modern design with artwork. 4) Amazing view

Rooms need a bit of maintenance and the view from the lower floors is not worth it. the bathroom blinds were broken and had to be fixed.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the vibrant and friendly staff at The Langham. They made us feel right at home and provided superb service. The rooms were not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, with all the necessary toiletries available. The turn-down service even left us a delicious muffin and water by the bed. The bar had a great ambiance and the front desk and doorman personnel were always attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect, with jaw-dropping views. a true 5 Star experience!

Our stay was unforgettable! The location was perfect to explore the city; we could walk everywhere! The staff was exceptional and made our stay enjoyable. The room and bathroom were luxurious, and the amenities tailored to us. The Langham provided everything we needed, including a desk, kitchen area, and washer/dryer; we felt at home!

One aspect that was lacking was the breakfast restaurant and staff. Despite the delicious food, small details like coffee cups being empty and staff talking to each other in corners made us feel neglected.

The place was fairly clean, I liked its staff and location. Spacious room, luxury bathroom. The bed was very comfy, so at night I slept well. Late check out. I could park the car onsite.

Conveniently located a short distance from Grand Central Station, this hotel offers spacious, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and elegant décor. The gym is well-equipped and the restaurant has received a Michelin star. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing turn-down service with treats every night. A great option for travelers looking for a luxurious stay in a prime location.

Its geographical location, the very nice size of the room (exceptional for NYC), the huge bathroom with a full width bay window, the drinks available in the lobby throughout the day, the sympathy of the entire staff, the small bottles of water offered every day.

Cleanliness, especially in front of the entrance of the hotel which is very neglected. The decoration of the lobby deserves a boost, the floor clearances are particularly austere, the layout and decoration of the rooms are a little dated even if they are very well maintained.

the bathroom again fell short of expectations? Which is a shame in a 70 m2 suite. Just like the shower with a retractable bench that takes up 30% of the space... Disappointing value for money.

Friendly staff, handwritten note from housekeeping, good concierge advice, openable windows, lots of towels. Lovely and spacious room with a great view, all staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The Langham is a centrally located hotel, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger room with plenty of daylight, which dramatically changed our opinion. The tea and coffee in the reception each morning were a great perk, and the door staff were welcoming and recognized us daily. Additionally, there are great snack options nearby, such as a deli and a cute French cafe.

hotel is conveniently located at 37 Street making it easy to access Central Park and Downtown. It is very well soundproofed and bedding is perfect. staff is charming, only point of improvement is the breakfast which is plain.

Breakfast is not up to the rest of the service.

My room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The turndown service was excellent. The bar and restaurant were fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful, and the location is right in the center of Manhattan. The room was always impeccably clean and spacious, with a great gym and excellently equipped kitchenette area. Despite being close to the action and everything else, the hotel was always quiet.

I recently stayed at The Langham for a weekend getaway with my best friend. The service was impeccable! Every staff member, from the friendly housekeeping team to the attentive doorman, made us feel like we were in a little paradise. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the main attractions without the noise and lights. I would love to come back to this hotel for another stay!
